In honor of National Tell a Fairy Tale Day on the 26th (we’re celebrating a little early), we’ve compiled some fairy tales for you! We asked five editors to write a synopsis of one of their favorite fairy tales and then explain why they love it so much. To make things even more interesting, we had one editor write a fake synopsis. Most of the fairy tales are somewhat obscure. Can you guess which fairy tale is the fake one? Hello out there!
You all must be busy, busy, busy writing or shopping or baking or traveling as you prepare for Christmas, Hanukkah, or any other seasonal celebrations—because we didn’t get any “ugly” holiday sweater submissions.
We did have one person in our office wear a homemade ugly sweater today, one of the content and community managers, Whitney Sorensen.
(Yes, those are googly eyes on that snowman!)
